深孔预裂爆破技术在深井坚硬完整顶板强制放顶中的应用

摘要: 为解决察哈素煤矿综采工作面初采来压步距大,初采危险隐患大的问题,采用理论计算、现场试验的方法,应用深孔预裂爆破技术在31307综采工作面切眼进行了强制放顶试验。通过深孔预裂爆破后的矿压分析,结果表明,在工作面推进距离距切眼41.2m处,工作面初次来压,来压强度和距离均比前两个工作面有明显降低|对支架影响较小,避免了采空区飓风等危险因素,确保了工作面的安全生产。该技术对新街矿区类似条件的工作面强制放顶具有很好的借鉴意义。

Abstract: To solve the intense first weighting interval of ChaHasu mine fully-mechanized coal face, eliminate hidden danger, The application of deep hole presplitting blasting technology in 31307 full mechanized coal face by theoretical calculation, field test method. Through the analysis of ground pressure, results show that the first weighting interval of roof is 41.2m, the face’s roof weighting step and weighting strength decreased significantly Compared with the previous two working face. Less influence on hydraulic support and avoid the goaf hurricane risk factors and has ensure the safe production of the working face. It provides a good reference for forced roof caving under similar conditions of Xinjie mining area.
